At JGALA, client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made jewelry, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.
• Process: Contact our customer service team at info@jgala.com to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
• Inspection: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Jewelry that shows signs of wear or is damaged will not be accepted.
• Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase and offer store credit for gift items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
